30 mins Speed Painting

Haven't uploaded my 30 mins speed painting for a long while these are the one that I have done between the time. I am trying to do it everyday but it failed on me sometimes. This is something that I want to be committed to no excuse; so from now on, I will post it everyday.

Speed animation

I start practice speed animation in flash today. I had fun and feel that I learned new stuff during the process.

I am still trying to get to use to drawing on wacom. 

Fall

Pattern design. I learned a lot from this exercise. At the beginning, I thought it is simple I just plot them in places then it's done. It was harder then I thought it would be, I have to keep in mind of the composition, spacing and not duplicate on the same position. It is also about how to balance out the dark color and light color. If the red leaves is too much on the image then it takes off the focus on the image and all I can see will be only red leaves.

I found some challenge on this exercise but I like it a lot and I definitely will want to work on this kind of exercise more.

This is a start

Haven't really painted anything in digital so I decided to start practicing everyday. This is my first attempt with the idea of "Think outside the box". It was quite hard at the beginning to get used to the Wacom template. But it is a good start and I got hooked.

This is my second attempt. I like the looseness I got. I want to do a loose drawing often from now on. I feel that I have a tendency to go into detail right away and I loose the liveliness of the drawing and it becomes really stiff.
